Pretty cool stuff.  

Capcom is releasing the downloadable info for MegaMan9 on a DVD that sits inside a replica Nintendo Cartridge.  I like that Capcom recognizes it's roots and what got this particular game franchise off it's feet:

"Capcom wanted to introduce the new Mega Man title much in the same way as it was originally released for the NES back in 1987, with cheesy art and game descriptions on the back of the box. The included NES cartridge is actually a CD Case which contains artwork, game information, and screenshots about the new downloadable title.

While this package is only available as a press kit, fans may still get a chance to own a copy of this old school swag. Capcom will be releasing a limited number on the Capcom Store (around 200), including a PSN or XBLA game voucher."

Check it out and be sure to watch for these to be popping up on E-bay at premium prices.
