I'm usually not one to go with the mainstream and get in on all the hype of movies but I'm a huge Indiana Jones fan. I'm sure my wife will attest to that after having had to sit through all 3 first films at least twice this last weekend why they ran on Sci-Fi Channel and TBS. So keeping in the spirit with that, and with the recent release of Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull, IGN has put up a retro-review of the SNES title, Indiane Jones' Greatest Adventures.
"What rescues Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures in no small part is the fusion of the movie magic with the platforming mechanics. The running from the huge boulder. The scream down the Nepalese ice cliffs in a rubber raft, the exploration of the catacombs beneath Venice -- all fun, pivotal scenes from the beloved trilogy. And Factor 5 served up an exciting way to interact with these favorite sequences." Retro Review: Indian Jones' Greatest Adventures
