Continuing on with retro games on alternative platforms, IGN posted a story yesterday that Bomberman is now available via the iTunes store for your iPod.

I'm torn by the idea that so many devices built for specific purposes these days are branching out into multi-purpose realms.  For example, the iPod is a solid music device and does video well as well, but was not originally designed for gaming purposes, although it was hacked early on to be able to do so.

It leads one to wonder just how enjoyable these ports can be with limited controls.
