Well here's something you don't see everyday, and here's an excellent way to re-purpose that old C-64 you might have sitting up on a high shelf in the garage collecting dust.
Toni Westbrook has taken the time to interface a PS2 Guitar Hero controller with a C-64 and then build, from scratch, a Guitar Hero-ish type game to use the controller with. From the site: "The Shredz64 project is an attempt to build an interface to connect the Playstation Guitar Hero controller (and any other PS controller) to the Commodore 64 computer, then create a Guitar Hero like game on the C64 utilizing the guitar controller." Like them, I find these ways of coming up with new ideas for old equipment very interesting and fun to watch unfold. More Here
