The Crow River Trading Co. out of Minneapolis, MN has come up with a unique way to preserve all those beautiful pinball backglasses that are sitting around just waiting to be displayed.
The fellas over there have developed a "Motorola microprocessor that automatically keeps time and adjusts the score reels that keeps the display up to date." Included is a wireless remote control that allows you to turn the display off any time you please, and, when turned back on, it automatically adjusts the time back to the current time. The price isn't exactly on the cheap side, but consider the uniqueness of the item that you're having made. Prices start at $495 if you provide the head and can go up to $895 if you use one of theirs. Their design team will offer up suggestions including custom animations, chimes, etc to make sure the head that you get is unique and one of a kind. Now that's a cool repurposing of a classic piece of art. Crow River Trading Co.
